Angela is a Leadership & Coach Training Consultant, a High Performance Coach, and writer who lives with her family in Hampshire, UK. She has been described as a model of excellence for learning and is exceptionally talented at asking powerfully challenging questions.
She specialises in NLP and Clean Language, not only for coaching and leadership
but also for use in everyday life and in the workplace. She is passionate about facilitating people to liberate their excellence and reach their full potential.
Through her leadership combined with powerful and challenging questioning
skills she is able to deliver real value to to her in-house clients and NLP course delegates, in the UK and overseas, on a range of work related and personal challenges.
She is a member of faculty for the well established Practice Leaders Programme which she co-founded because of her passion for leading change in health care services that really make a difference for patients, and recently co-authored a paper which has been published in the International Journal of Clinical Leadership.
She is also part of the training team at Human Technics, one of Europe's leading centres of excellence for Advanced Executive Coach Training, where she is one of the Principle Trainers.
Angela has been involved in personal and professional development since the 2000's, through training and on going apprenticeships with the leaders and pioneers of NLP and Clean. She has also written an E-book "Clean Questions At Work, A Clean Approach To Leadership" which is about ways to lead something easily and well by asking questions.
Previously Angela held a range of senior clinical and managerial positions in Health and Social Care, and Higher Education where she was responisble for managing multi-milion pound budgets, multiprofessional health care teams and educators.
- I have been on an amazing journey since I took the plunge and left the certainty of full time employment as a senior Manager in the NHS to follow my heart and use my work as a means to my own fulfilment and for my own learning. I strongly believe that there is learning in everything we do and the journey has been and continues to be enriching, emotional, transformational and life -changing.
