The Starfish NLP Business Practitioner is designed to provide participants with essential knowledge, skills, and presuppositions to become an effective Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Through experiential exercises, you will discover the principles of NLP and how to think and use them for yourself.
You can expect to come away from this training having enhanced your ability to create environments at work and at home that are full of learning and where others are valued and loved for their unique ways. The full NLP Practitioner Certification programme covers the essential "building blocks" of NLP, getting you off to the right start in the best possible way. And there's plenty to do in the evenings.
I'm pretty confident that you have an idea what the med looks like, so rest assured, you can indulge your senses in a palate of clear turquoise, aquamarines and a variety of superb marine and bird life including pelican, turtle, and dolphin....and then there's the course...
The Course
The most effective process for acquiring or improving NLP skills comes from experiential exercises which provide immediate feedback. The style of the course is "clean" and flexible to allow you to achieve the outcomes that are important to you personally and professionally.

Gaining the NLP Practitioner Diploma
The course provides over 50 hours of face to face study and practise, plus practical developmental tasks throughout the 7 days both inside and outside of the training room. Individual one to one coaching support and feedback is provided by Angela and Mark throughout.
Self Study:
The self study material is principally a workbook of excercises to enable you to gain a greater self awareness of your unique patterns and to manage your continuous learning and development during and after the course.
Evaluation and Certification:
Successful completion of the course will lead to your certification at NLP Buisness Practitioner level for those who fully participate in the course and demonstrate commitment to learning. The course is accredited through Starfish Coaching and Training, and adheres to the criteria specified by ANLP.
We do believe that learning is enjoyable too and fun and we'll be making use of the environment to enhance our learning about the culture, the people, and to relax. There are many secluded rocky beaches, as well as areas of natural beauty and historic sites to explore. Time for this will be built into the programme.
Make it a holiday too...
You can come early or stay on a few days after the course to explore what the coastline has to offer. You can bring a partner and while you're learning, he / she can participate in the range of adventure activities on offer in Kas, or just chill out on the private beach, or join you on the course. Just let us know.
